Client: Varta – Work: Product Discovery, Personas, User Experience & Interface Design, Prototyping, User Testing, Workshops – Agency: Argonauten GmbH
The VARTA Partner Portal is a B2B platform as a central hub for workshops, wholesalers and distributors. For workshops, there is a battery finder that determines which battery belongs to which customer vehicle and how to install them. In addition, workshops can organize themselves and their train employees with e-learning and online training. The task is to to create an understandable frontend for the user as well as a backend developing the logic of how the account administrators organize their business.
